GRAIN DRYER MACHINE DESCRIPTION

Grain dryers are an indispensable key equipment in agricultural production. They are designed to efficiently solve the problem of mildew and germination of grains due to excessive moisture content after harvest, ensure the quality and safety of grains, and reduce post-harvest losses. Mechanical drying replaces traditional natural drying, breaking through the limitations of weather and site, greatly improving grain drying efficiency, and laying a solid foundation for grain storage, processing and sales.

 
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PADDY DRYER
It adopts rotary heating device, it can output enough hot air in a short time and dry the grains which is passing through.
It also adopts digitization control and instrumentation to control drying box’s temperature to avoid appearing discoloring and metamorphic phenomenon.
Drying cabinet is made of metal aluminum plate and silica gel cotton insulation layer to reduce energy consumption effectively.
Cyclotron system can reach the purpose of air circulation, humidification and heating in the drying box
